Bag of air from Kanye West’s Listening event Sells for N3.2 million


 A bag containing air reportedly from American rapper, Kanye West’s listening event has been sold for a whopping $7,600 (N3.2m) on eBay.


West recently hosted the much awaited Atlanta DONDA listening event on the Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta, and one fan who claimed to have been in attendance took the opportunity to make some money out of it.


He took a plastic zip-lock bag, labeled it as ‘AIR FROM DONDA DROP’ on eBay, set the price at $3,330.00 and waited for the bids to roll in.

Listed as “Bag of Air from DONDA Drop LAST ONE OFFICIAL Kanye West – Mercedes-Benz Stadium,” the eBay listing also included a photo of the small plastic bag being held up during the event as proof for interested buyers.

Some Kanye West fans then went into a bidding war to secure the “precious” item. In the end, one of them managed to snatch it for a cool $7,600.

Similarly, bags of air from Kanye West past concerts and events have been selling online for over five years, with some 2015 eBay listings showing empty plastic bags selling for up to $65,000.
