“Come out, let’s fight” – CBN governor says, declares owner of AbokiFx wanted on Live TV Today (Video)


Godwin Emefiele, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, makes move at investigating the owner of a naira exchange rate website, AbokiFx.

Responding to questions after the Monetary Policy Committee meeting, MPC, on Friday, September 17, 2021, Emefiele referred to Mr. Olumide Oniwinde, the owner of AbokiFX as an illegal FX dealer who will be prosecuted for endangering the Nigerian economy.


According to the CBN governor, he stated that there are words on social media that the owner of AbokiFx is gathering support from people.

Adding to his point, Godwin made it known that he is ready and awaiting the arrival of the AbokiFx owner and his supporters at CBN.
