Igboho also requested that the court issue an order instructing the respondents to return all of the things confiscated from the premises.
He described the things as N2 million in cash, a thousand Euros, travel documents, including international passports for him and his family members, gold jewelry and wristwatches, two mobile phones, and other unknown stuff that the SSS allegedly carted away.
Ilana Oodua praised the judiciary in a statement sent by its spokesperson, Maxwell Adeleye, in response to the decision.

In the sake of peace, the organization requested that the DSS pay the N20 billion damages.
” We congratulate the judiciary for reaffirming that self- determination is one of the fundamental human rights of citizens that cannot be subjugated, ” the statement said.
” In our opinion, this decision represents the triumph of light and truth against darkness. The Nigerian state stands for illegalities, while Ighoho signifies light and truth.
” Our current position is that the Nigerian government should be honorable and respect the decision of a competent court. In the sake of peace, the #20 billion damages ordered by the court to be paid to Ighoho by the DSS must be paid immediately. “
